WHEAT BREAD
For use with a bread machine

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/3 c water
3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons applesauce
3 Tablespoons oil
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons or 1 pack Rapid Rise Yeast

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add water, honey, applesauce, oil to Bread Machine
2. Add wheat flour, bread flour, salt
3. Make indentation in dry goods (away from the salt) and pour yeast into the indentation
4. Set for White Bread setting and bake

Notes:
- This makes a 2 pound loaf.
- We use a customized setting that is roughly equivalent to the White Bread setting (1:50 minutes).
